My Services

I provide doula services in the Grand Junction, CO and surrounding areas.

My services include the following:

Initial interview free of charge to see if I am right for you
Help writing your birth plan
I will be on-call for you 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week from the time you
are 37 weeks pregnant until birth.
I will be available by phone or email for any questions you might have,
day or night
Labor support: beginning at your home if you wish, or at the hospital
once you are ready for me to be there.
Photography of the birth if needed
Help with initial breastfeeding if needed
My written account of your birth story
Postpartum visit to talk about your experience, answer any questions,
visit with the new baby, etc.

I believe every woman should have a doula, regardless of her ability to pay.
My fee is $250, and we can work out whatever payment arrangements are
comfortable for you. In a time where doula fees can reach up to $1000 or
more in metropolitan areas, I strive to keep my services affordable. I hope this
will help the idea of doula support to spread and become a well known part of
the birth experience for all women.

finish nursing school. I

graduation.
